Protect Our Women

Ongoing training designed around access — not events.

How Protect Our Women Works

Protect Our Women is built around access — not events.

It is ongoing training.

Women are invited to attend as many training sessions as they want, as often as they want — at no cost and with no obligation.

Training is continuous. Skills are reinforced through repetition, instruction, correction, and real-time application over months and years — not hours.

Classes are welcoming and respectful — while maintaining real standards and expectations.

Train at Your Own Pace

Women train at their own pace.

Return for Reinforcement

They return when they need reinforcement.

Preparedness is not created in a single afternoon.
It is built through access, consistency, and continued exposure.

This is where consistency turns instruction into capability.

Self Defense & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Real-world encounters do not always stay at a distance.

Through our partnerships with qualified instructors and training facilities, Protect Our Women offers ongoing Self Defense & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) training as part of the program.

This training focuses on:

Self Defense & BJJ training builds competence in situations where space is limited and distance is no longer available.

Because true preparedness includes the ability to protect yourself when avoidance fails.

Removing Barriers, Building Capability

Protect Our Women exists to remove barriers.
Not just cost barriers —
but access barriers, confidence barriers, and continuity barriers.

Because women deserve more than a single class.

They deserve the ability to train, return, reinforce, and grow — for as long as they choose.
